The following are terms and conditions for participants in Australia
"Participant" means a resident of Australia who purchases a product from HP directly or a participating HP reseller in Australia during the promotional period and is the end user of that product.
"Product" means any HP product model mentioned within the terms and conditions as set out below.
"Promoter" means Hewlett-Packard Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 74 004 394 763) of 31-41 Joseph Street, Blackburn, Victoria, 3130.
1. Information on how to enter and offer details form part of these terms and conditions.
2. To be eligible for this promotion, the participant must purchase from the following list of printers, support products and warranties to obtain the Loyalty Points and claim their participating HP Loyalty product(s). Loyalty products are subject to availability and should the desired product not be available for whatever reason that a similar product will be substituted.
3. Entry is only open to Participants. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies (including, although not limited to resellers) associated with this Program are ineligible to participate.
4. To enter the promotion the Participant must purchase the product during the promotional period in Australia from a participating HP Reseller or from HP. The Participant must complete an online entry form on www.hp.com.au/printloyalty and fax with supporting purchase/tax invoices to: 61 3 9620 3373 if there are less then 100 pages. For claims requiring more than 100 pages please mail to Brain Sells Pty Ltd Ground Floor West, 505 Little Collins St Melbourne 3000, Victoria, Australia. The Participant must fax or mail a legible photocopy (hand written receipts will not be accepted) of their purchase receipt with any claim, as proof of each product purchased (delivery dockets are not accepted as proof of purchase).
5. Points can be accumulated over multiple participating part numbers.
6. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected mail or any technical failure during the use of the Internet.
7. Entries into the promotion are valid only for product purchased in Australia from a participating HP reseller or from HP between 3 March 2008 and 3 March 2009. All entries including claim forms and points submissions must be received by 5pm EST 3 April 2009. Points will only remain valid for a period of 6 months from the verification of points and subsequent 1st notification of this verification. Participant(s) will forfeit claims not made by this date.
8. This promotion must not be claimed in conjunction with any other HP Printer promotion over the promotional period except for the Carbon Offset Program.
9. The Print Loyalty program will be valid for eclipse deals, unless stated otherwise on the eclipse deal.
10. The Promoter's decision on all matters pertaining to this Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into, except as otherwise stated in these terms and conditions. No correspondence will be entered in to after 6 weeks of closing date of promotion.
11. Please allow 3 months from the date that the claim is received for processing.
12. Entries will be deemed invalid if the same receipt number is used on more than one entry.
13. Claims will not be accepted on back-ordered products.
14. Liability for any tax on any offers provided to Participants pursuant to this Promotion shall be the sole responsibility of the Participant. It is recommended that Participants should contact their own accountant or taxation advisor in this regard.
15. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), or for a personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of participation in this promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
16. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter's privacy policy may be viewed at: http://www.hp.com/country/au/eng/privacy.htm. HP will not contact any participant that does not tick the "Yes" box. If the participant ticks the "Yes" box, the participant consents to information contained within the entry being made available to the Promoter's affiliates, authorised business partners and suppliers, some of which may be located outside Australia.
17. The Promoter will use the information contained in the entry form to contact Participants to send the promotional offering.
18. The extra 2 reward products available per month commencing 1 August 2008 are available for the specified month only. August products include CC431A and FH441PA. These products are on top of the 10 Reward Products that will run the length of the Program.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in New South Wales, Australia
