During the registration process, you are required to nominate a Company Administrator. This allows a single senior person to redeem the company's accrued points for HP Products. The Company Administrator must be one who has purchasing authority for the company, including the CIO, MIS or Procurement Manager.
When logged in, you can nominate a new Company Administrator if you believe the current contact is not the most appropriate Company Administrator. This will initiate a process of selecting the most appropriate contact for this position.
